Tianhui Shao★Terrible discriminatory service, will never step foot in this café again. The problematic staff is a white male around 180–185cm tall with short hair and a green baseball cap. I witnessed obvious racial bias during my visit: he chatted cheerfully, smiled warmly and offered attentive service to every white customer that came in. Yet when Asian guests (including me) queued to order, he gave cold, dismissive responses, barely made eye contact and acted annoyed to take our orders, completely ignoring basic hospitality standards. Equal customer treatment regardless of ethnicity is the bottom line
