Julienne★★★We stopped by Freestate Cafe and tried both the beef brisket toastie and the loaded chicken toastie. The beef brisket was absolutely amazing! I’d say it’s rich, tender, and packed with flavor. It definitely deserved a 5/5 from me. The loaded chicken toastie was tasty as well, but the flavors were a bit overpowering and didn’t quite balance as well, so I’d rate it a 4/5. Both dishes came in generous portions with big servings, so you definitely get good value for your money. The staff were kind and friendly, which added a nice touch to the overall experience and made us feel welcome. The vibe
