John Nelson (Jónico)★★★★★A very nice meal from start to finish. The restaurant is right on the square but it’s not at all a tourist trap. In fact we were probably the only foreigners there, everyone else was there on their lunch break or meeting friends for a delicious meal. It was white asparagus season, so that was marvelous luck. And the meat stew was outstanding (that gravy!!!). The staff was extremely helpful even though we didn’t speak any Flemish.

The serving of the soup was incredible, and when we finished it all, they gave us extra soup without increasing its price. I can say that it was the best restaurant I have ever been to.
