I’ve been so reluctant to give this review but there needs to be some serious action taken to how poorly this place is ran. The “is that all” mentality after passively hearing what I’d like is wrong. Then I have an order that is not right, claiming it will charged back to me for them not intently listening. By FAR the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service? Nope. Customer appreciation? Nope. Attention to detail? Nope. Just an absolutely horrible place, you’re further ahead driving across town with the time wasting service these guys are giving. I had a positive experience at this Tim Hortons branch. The store was well-maintained and service was fast. Definitely a convenient and reliable location. I had both customer and work experience at this location, and I can say the team works hard to provide fast and friendly service they will not put you behind they will teach everything in a very nice way. This Tim's is ok. It could use an update inside and the bathrooms are certainly showing their age. We ordered 3 coffees; a medium black, large iced Chai and large hot pumpkin spiced latte. The black coffee csme out right away and then the iced chai latte about 5 minutes later. The Pumpkin Spiced Latte was made as an iced latte too so they had to remake it as a hot latte which then took another 10 minutes. The hot Pumpkin Spiced Latte came out a little luke warm which odd. It tasted ok, but other locations have made it better and much hitter. It just seems a little disorganized here. The staff
