Visited to pick up my order I placed on their app. Food was excellent, app works smoothly and wait times are accurate. My meal was two minutes past the wait time and they had me park, brought it to my car and apologized for being "late". I told them they were amazing and much better than McDonald's any day.

Been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, there were only two cars ahead of us when we pulled in. The person working the window was chatting away with the person in the first car for over five minutes, only stopping when the driver of the second car said something. They've been waiting at the window for almost ten minutes to get their order. It was almost half an hour before we got our order. Turns out there was only one person working the front because the other person was in the back cleaning. Very poor staffing.

I am rating this within the scope of "fast food" burger joints. I forgot all about Harvey's as it's been decades since I had it. This one in particular has the very narrow circular drive though lane that if you're not careful you can drive up on the curve, which I kind of love because it reminds me of the 80's, or being in a large city where space isn't a luxury. The food: I forgot how nice it is to select from so many toppings, and sauces on your burger! how delicious is that? The size of their junior cheeseburger with all the toppings was more than enough and way bigger than what you get

Absolutely awful experience. I visited Harvey’s around 2:30 - 3:00 PM and was served by a team member (not a supervisor) who was a shorter girl wearing glasses and no visible name tag. Her attitude was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She looked annoyed every time a customer spoke to her and acted as though doing the most basic parts of her job was a burden. What was even worse was the way she treated older customers. There was absolutely no patience, respect, or common courtesy. Watching her interact with seniors was embarrassing and disappointing.
