Sadly we were left just slightly disappointed here by the 6 course tasting menu. Much as I appreciate unusual food pairings, watermelon with monkfish just didn't work. Gazpacho served with a tomato foam didn't really taste of much. Beef fillet on the menu was actually pork tenderloin (but no mention of that to us), and was slightly overcooked and dry. It could have done with something else served alongside like fondant potatoes; a few slices of cabbage didn't seem like enough. Best dish was red mullet in pea veloute. We tried the six-course tasting menu at Arco restaurant. Stylish interior, beautiful presentation, and decent service (could have been a bit friendlier). We enjoyed everything on the menu except for the pork as the main meat dish - it felt like an odd choice for a place of this level. The goat cheese ice cream was mind-blowing!

We visited the restaurant of a luxury hotel offering contemporary French cuisine and chose the tasting menu with wine pairing. The atmosphere was charming, and the service was excellent. Overall, we truly enjoyed the experience, with one exception — the final pork dish. It was not only disappointing in flavor, but the cut itself was nearly impossible to chew, which felt like a very strange choice by the Chef. Fortunately, the desserts and cheeses more than compensated, especially the goat cheese ice cream, which was an absolute highlight.

A fabulous tasting menu with very creative, exciting and delicious dishes. The team were very friendly and helpful, and made our evening feel extra special. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the crockery was also very carefully chosen and designed. Would highly recommend, and not to be missed if you’re staying at the hotel too.
