Michael Chan★★★★First time to Chilli Fagara and it was all pretty good. Upon showing up, there is a dish with peanuts, and couple other items that were good but I didn’t identify (one may have been eggplant) to nibble on before your food comes out. Our first dish, soft shell crabs, were out-of-this-world good. Very nice spices and just so tasty. Next came the Ma Po tofu. It was okay. Not as spicy as I’m used to. That was followed with a dish of jade vegetables and Dan Dan noodles, both of these were pretty good. The service was fine except I felt we were pressured to order faster though we held our ground and didn’t order till we were ready. We didn’t go with the dishes the server recommended though maybe we might have liked the food better if we had followed her suggestions? The cocktails were very good as well as the non alcoholic drinks. The restaurant space is beautiful. This place gets really good reviews so I will likely want to try this again at some point.
J★★★★★As a Korean traveler, after days of having sweet pineapple buns and Dong Leng Cha (iced lemon tea) at Cha Chaan Tengs, I desperately craved something spicy. This restaurant was the perfect answer. True to its Michelin reputation, the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The place is exceptionally clean, the staff are highly attentive, and the dishes offer a pleasant, refined spiciness without being overwhelming. I ordered the Mapo Tofu and Dan Dan Noodles. Both were wonderfully balanced and cut through any greasiness perfectly. While it is on the pricier side, the outstanding quality makes it worth every penny. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return on my next trip to Hong Kong! P.S. Special thanks to Kevin! He was incredibly kind
Julia Radzięta★★★★★Loved this place. I’m vegetarian and my partner loves meat and we were both extremely satisfied. He liked his dish (dan fan noodles) so much he wanted to have another one (chicken in numbing sauce) and ate two in total. I had plant based version of Chengdu twice cooked pork and it was phenomenal - never I had vegan pork before and I was impressed, the spices were great. We also got rice roll as a starter, suggested by the waitress, and we also loved it. We like their chili oil LA so much we got some for home. Great experience, we’re sad it’s our last day in Hong Kong and we can’t go back here again. Thank you everyone for great service, attentiveness, especially the manager Helen.
최지원.★★★★★Absolutely amazing dining experience! The food was incredibly delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. The service was just as wonderful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Helen Yip, who took great care of us. She recommended the apple tea, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the meal. It was so refreshing and delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the city. Great food, great service, and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely come back!

stella M★★★★★I had been seeing so many great reviews about Chili Fagara that I became really curious to visit. Since I love spicy food, I knew I absolutely had to try it, so I made a reservation and finally went. From the moment we walked in, the staff named El ton greeted us warmly and kindly showed us to our seats, which gave a great first impression. The service felt attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. They offer a lunch menu during the day, which gives you plenty of options to choose from. After reading that the portions were quite generous, we decided to order from the à la carte menu instead of the set lunch. Even so, it was more than satisfying — and most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. If you enjoy spicy food, this is definitely a place worth visiting.❤️
