Completely avoid this place! I had a few emails to respond to and I bought a coffee and then I was informed that I was not allowed to use my laptop unless I bought 90 shekels of drinks/food, the owner a Russian man is extremely aggressive when confronting me as if I committed a war crime, l would not recommend this cafe to anyone that has such bizarre rules.
