Chiringuito Picasso benefits from a very attractive beachfront setting, which is undoubtedly its main draw. You can also rent sunbeds and an umbrella for around €15 for two, which is good value and makes it easy to spend a relaxed day by the sea. The restaurant itself is popular, so it is advisable to book in advance, although it is still possible to wait for a table if needed. We waited around 40mins at lunch time. The service was great! Scallop with prawn on garlic was tasty. On the main course I ordered grilled octopus pulp, but it was overcooked on my taste. Overall the place is fine, but I would expect special attention for cooking such gentle thing as octopus

A large group of us descended on this chiringuito on a Saturday afternoon. We had simple aims, eat lots of seafood and drink plenty of wine. Both were achieved very well and we're very happy with the service. We stayed for about 4 hours, eating and drinking the entire time. For 12 of us this cost just €1000 including a decent tip for the wonderful staff. The food was all simple and well cooked, the wine was delicious and plentiful. The weather was not on our side, but the restaurant served as a perfect refuge from the driving rain.

I have eaten here several times over the past three weeks. The fish is always extremely fresh and excellently prepared, and the padron peppers are my favorite appetizer. Highly recommended!
