Mercado de Atarazanas is a lively and busy market with a really vibrant atmosphere. It’s quite touristy, but still a great place to explore and take in the local culture. This place was very busy at 12:30 on a Wednesday in June but it was fine. We were able to get the last table and have some of the best shrimp for 6 eu I’ve ever had in my life. Staff was friendly. Prices in the Mercado varied greatly so definitely shop around before making a purchase.

Well worth a visit - but visitors should buy goods, rather

If I could, I would just move it. It seem like heaven to me. It was a very, very unique experience that I would love to have again. I spent hours inside until I could eat anymore. I truly recommend it. And the fish market is mind-blowing and the salesmen are really nice everywhere.
