Visited Cloud 9 Cafe in Ajman and the first thing that stands out is how beautiful the interiors are. The whole place has a really nice vibe, and being right at the beginning of a street full of cafes adds to the overall atmosphere. It feels lively both inside and outside. The customer service here deserves a full five stars. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, even when the place is busy. And it does get busy — when we went, it was almost full, with all tables occupied. You might have to wait a bit during peak hours, but they handle it well. The shisha was good, smooth and enjoyable. But the real highlight was the honey ginger lemon tea — absolutely amazing. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was so soothing and refreshing. Easily one of the best I’ve had. They also screen football matches, which adds to the experience, especially if you’re going with friends. Parking can be a bit difficult to find during peak hours, so that’s something to keep in mind. A gr

Slow service. If ur really hungry i won't recommend this place. After 30 minutes the hukkah was served and food even later. The drink was wrong n then the waitress replaced it. Waitress dznt speak English pnly arabic speaking so was quite difficult to communicate. The burger i ordered had a very hard bun. Dint feel.fresh.

I really liked my stay at cloud 9 cafe . Its location is perfect right in front of river . The view from the hotel is perfect . The food taste was also good . However there were limited options . But the owner , the employees and staff were very courteous. They will make you feel like home. The rooms were neat and clean and my stay was comfortable.

The prices are really high considering the location and interior of the place. High prices are acceptable in places like cloud 9 cafe when the food is amazing or just good, it most definitely was not the quality and taste was almost inedible and the customer service was horribly inappropriate would not recommend anyone to go there.
