A lovely place to shop, with a cosy and calm atmosphere that makes everyday errands feel more enjoyable. I bought canned bamboo shoots there, and they were simple, light in flavour, convenient, and easy to add to many kinds of noodles. A small ingredient, but very useful for quick comfort meals at home. I also really like the shopping bag collection, which feels practical and nicely designed. The oud-scented body wash was another pleasant find, with a unique fragrance that made the shop feel a little more special. Plenty of onsite parking, free. Great range of products that you just can't find in other supermarkets, so a good place to purchase gifts as they have some lovely, high-quality ranges in there; Niels Yard, Tisserand essential oil products, Burts Bees etc. Beautiful array of flowers and plants. Produce is all really good quality (even their basic range). However, it's VERY pricey, even for general, non-specialist items.

Great supermarket but pricey. The cafe however needs some work! Tables are always dirty and never wiped down and never enough staff to deal with the amount of people passing through. Staff working here are not happy but I am convinced that is because they are stretched too thin! I hope a Manager reads this and takes time to review the operation.
