It used to be a really nice place to go. Friendly service with a variety of options. Then it seems they had their staff budget cut and they put screens in so they could hire inexperienced staff. While the food is usually good then service is barely existent and I'm repeatedly brought the wrong things.

Used to be good. Today, I had to order on a screen, and wait at the till (for about 15 minutes), for the coffee part of my order. All that time I was wondering if I’d get a table. Staff were not clearing tables. I had to sit at a table that was full of discarded plates, which I put on the chair. When the waitress brought my order, she didn’t take and of the plates etc away at all. There were no knives at the cutlery station.

Used to come here often but, sadly won't be back. Sweet potato fries came horribly overcooked [black]. New bowl delivered within a couple of mins which were very obviously UNDER cooked [still hard in the middle]. Onion rings - also under cooked. Neither eaten and, since the meal was ordered and paid for on the app, we couldn't ask for this to be refunded. Husband ordered a chicken burger and got a beef one instead. Shame but very expensive for these basic mistakes. Kitchen was obviously under pressure as the café was at capacity but more attention to detail needed.
