When its good its good, and this place is as good as it gets! fabulous welcome and excellent service throughout my visit and meal. The service was perfect the restaurant has a great vibe, the open grill makes it sing and barely intrusive was the background chilled music and vibe! The meal was excellently cooked, I had Grilled Sardines!! just can't resist when they're on a menu 😋 Then a fish I'd never tried Megrim... what a revelation just great cooked perfectly beautiful flavours enhanced by the garlic but which lifted it rather than over powering, accompanied with cornice new potatoes again

First time at Rockfish Exmouth and it won’t be our last. We had booked the terrace and so pleased we had. We were greated by lovely friendly staff. Our server told us what fish was on offer for the day. Decided to go gor the Quayside special for two - which was Scallops, cuttlefish, hake and monkfish tail. They came grilled with garlic butter, salad and unlimited fries. Two glasses of lovely pinot grigio to wash it all down and then chocolate bon bons with coffee to finish. Everything was excellent.

What an amazing experience we had tonight - would choose a higher rating if it was possible! Special thanks and recognition to Olivia and Stephen who made us feel so welcome and cared for. This was a poignant evening for our large group, as we celebrated two birthdays and the. anniversary of our good friend’s passing. The food was delicious (the best prawn cocktail we’ve ever had!)! Thank you again to the team for welcoming us, being so attentive and providing an evening to remember.

Great food. But I do think it’s pricey. Staff were excellent. And the food was really nice! I recommend the sticky toffee pudding.
