I just wanted to give a shout out to Lucus. Whenever my wife and I get our coffees he always does them so well. If we want a hot cappuccino it is hot. We also appreciate how friendly and smiley he is. Makes a huge difference when coffee is made with care.

Standard Gails class and pastries which all tasted nice. Service ok. Downside is the tables are quite dirty and don’t seem to be cleaned very often. Lots of crumbs on floor too…would have expected better at Gail’s.

This individual should not be allowed to interact with customers. I was waiting for a tea, and they attempted to give me one that had already been sitting there for at least 3 minutes. That drink should have been collected by the original customer, not passed off to me. From experience I knew it would now be too strong. I politely said it would now be too strong and asked for another. A different staff member handled it properly, saying ‘no problem’ without any issue. Here they got a lot of good looking desserts and buns. They are all smell good and look very nice! Made me can’t wait to try one! We tried: Blueberry muffin 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The taste is so good and not so sweet, really good with tea and you can see the colour of muffins is very good.
