Good chicken like usual, chips were burning hot in a good way and they were absolutely delicious. Ordered a bargain bucket and it was delicious. Not sure what happen to the chicken skin , usually it really crispy and nice . Overall the food and atmosphere was delicious

Chicken was lovely, but venue was not very good, sad to say. We were going to dine in, but the state of the place turned us away so we ate in the car. Thank you KFC for your very polite brush off of a response. I note that it’s the same as all the others for this venue which was, as I and others have pointed out in reviews over the last year as substandard and effectively a public health nuisance. Your mealy-mouthed corporate response is simply not good enough. Let me be clear: if I did return and I found your venue in that state again, I will report your venue to the public health authoritie

Went last night for something quick to eat on our way to Warrington Hospital, my quick bite had me waiting 40 minutes. I ordered 2 boneless banquet, 1 dirty louisiana meal, and one trilogy box meal. Whilst waiting, a customer goes to the counter and says his food is cold, a staff member replied that the bun grill is broken, the customer said you are telling me I need to eat my food cold, the staff member replied yes, I'm not an engineer. I've been a good few times because it's close to work, but it's always the same story. Long wait times even when it’s not busy, part of the order — if not all of it — arrives cold, and the restaurant, if you can even call it that, is disgustingly dirty 9 times out of 10. It either needs shutting down or a complete overhaul with new management. Easily the worst KFC I’ve been to by a long stretch.
