Horrendous customer service, was so dirty it's unbelievable. Just because people use the self service tills doesn't mean absolutely no one on front desk. It I was a secret shopper this place would genuinely be shut down

Just ordered a crispy chicken tikka wrap.. what a joke!! Only lettuce in what about the rest? Onions, cucumbers!! Just close the store overnight if there isn’t everything.😡😡😡 waste of money and time.. my craving not satisfied at all.. terrible and they couldn’t pick the call!!!

When ordering at the drive thru all seemed well. The lady was nice and chatty. However after waiting about 15 minutes in the car park, they had missed a whole meal off the order. It was suggested it would be quicker to come into to store to get it. Which made no point using the drive thru. The lady helping was really helpful and served me first as I already had 3 meals going cold. Unfortunately shes missed the toy which my youngest was gutted about. By time I got home, all meals were freezing cold and not worth the money we have paid for the goods or service. This happens more than not and is

The chips are awful, taste like cardboard. Bit into a hash brown & it was mouldy!
