What a find in Hitchin. I stopped by Cawsburger recently and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the food. The burger was cooked perfectly, with a great sear on the patty and a bun that held everything together nicely. I especially loved the little touches like the fresh sliced chilies and the generous dusting of seasoning on the chicken. Everything arrived on branded paper that added a fun, cohesive feel to the whole meal. It is definitely a spot I will be returning to soon.

You will not find a better gluten free burger. The patties are always cooked to perfection, there is no unfair extra charge just for being gluten free, and most importantly the buns actually taste like real bread. For gluten free friendly places in Hitchin that you can trust, I would highly recommend Cawsburger.

honestly one of the nicest burgers i’ve had, all the basics done extremely well. a well diversified but small menu showing quality over quantity. the fries were delicious and the side of tenders we ordered were extremely tasty with lovely flavouring and not to mention how juicy they were. will definitely revisit to try other menu items

WE LOVEEEEE BURGERS HERE!!! Boyfriend loves the Blu Moo one (the one with blue cheese) but I'd always go with the classic CAWS — but top with bacon for the maximum feeling of satisfaction. Fries are also amazing but 100% recommend ordering truffle parmesan on top. This will shoot you to the sky! 🌈 Although i feel like dine-in got more cheese than takeaway (see pictures) Chicken fried was grrrrrreat too! 10.10.10 would take out any score 💯
