Came to Carlisi on Dale Street with my friend for a chill afternoon bite and honestly had such a nice time. We ordered the lasagne, the Mamma Elena, and grabbed two Prince of Dale Streets; everything was proper good, especially the lasagne… super comforting and full of flavour. They’ve also got a solid drinks deal on (2 for £15 at certain times of the day) which is definitely worth taking advantage of if you’re popping in for cocktails. Called in on a whim as the restaurant looked inviting and I’m so pleased we did. A really warm welcome and a really cosy atmosphere. The food was out of this world too. We shared bread and olives, arancini, insalata caprese and bruschetta and wow. All so fresh and tasty. I washed it down with a delicious glass of red wine and it was a perfect evening. Can’t wait to go back!
