I had the steak & ale pie that was one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. Parents also loved their fish and chips. I had gotten the dessert special- a passionfruit tarte with blackcurrant sorbet and it was excellent. It wasn’t too loud inside and the service was wonderful.

Both times the bartender Mariam was an absolute standout — despite clearly being busy she made time for us every single visit with a smile and impressive speed. The Salisbury itself is a stunning Victorian pub full of charm and character, with a warm and friendly team to match. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
