Visited the store today for the first time and i was so impressed with not just the donuts but the service here. I was served by Amal and Freya and they were both so lovely, they told me about the deals available and were so helpful and jolly serving with a smile which is so rare these days. The donuts were fresh, full of flavour and not greasy at all. We also got hot chocolate, matcha and a iced tea and all 3 drinks were delicious. Im so pleased with the positive experience i had here and will be visiting again soon. Also rang into the branch to make an enquiry and Gracie was super helpful so

We have ordered from here on Just Eat quite a bit recently & today that felt noticed as a regular customer, whoever this staff member is UP THEIR WAGE because the drinks tasted a whole lot nicer today as appose to previous times we’ve ordered when syrup has been missed. It’s almost like you can taste the difference when effort is put into an order. Can’t fault a thing and we’re grateful for the mug, very thoughtful! with that whoever was working today deserves nothing more than full stars ⭐️

I came here today with my small dog (2.5 kg), and only after ordering was I told that dogs are not allowed inside unless they are assistance dogs. This was very inconvenient, as I wouldn’t have ordered anything if I had known beforehand. The café was completely empty, so it felt unnecessary to make an issue out of it. I was also told this policy is because of allergies, but if an assistance dog is allowed inside, then clearly allergies are not the real reason. This just feels like an inconsistent company policy.
