I absolutely love the Waitrose Rushden branch. Because it is a big shop, they have a large selection of high quality (as you would expect) products, especially vegetarian and vegan options which is very important to me. The shop is clean, fresh and airy. The Partners are very helpful, friendly and approachable. The whole experience makes grocery shopping a pleasure. An added bonus is the mini John Lewis inside which stocks a selection of useful items. All in all, a very enjoyable trip every time. Thanks.

Fabulous staff all go the extra mile to help me. Very well laid out. Butchery fresh fish fresh bread. Fresh fruit Vegetables A range of cheeses meat vegetarian gluten free. Ready meals Desserts. Home items lovely cards Books Magazines Kitchen items. All very enticing! A pick up parcels zone Amazing choice of wines spirits beers soft drinks etc. Lovely cakes for special times. Toiletries Skin Care Tights Socks A cafe that is my place to go first when I arrive. Less costly than Costa and super choices. Tills with staff that have time for you. A faster exit area where you check out your own item

Hoping to have the same great breakfast and staff on our last visit....albeit a while ago! However ...couldn't have a de- caf coffee ...machine not working! Ordered scrambled egg...my friend poached egg on toast .. Waited 25 mins... Food looked like it had been thrown on a plate. Staff off -hand and 1 was rude. The fridges had a poor offering of sandwiches etc. Waitrose used to be the best place to go ..for Well presented and tasty food, lovely staff and a buzzing ambience!! Shame! Being so close to Rushden Lakes it's about time Waitrose stepped up!! We certainl

When I want to treat myself, this is where I go. I wait shop here all the time if it was more local to me in Kettering. I love the choice of good food here, especially fresh food and meat, and cheese. I'm especially partial to their pickled herring!!
