We went after work for dinner. The restaurant was very busy as it was half term, however the atmosphere and service was exceptional thanks to our server Francesca who went above and beyond. Our food and drinks were brought to us very quickly despite the dinner time rush. The food itself was amazing.

I’ve visited this Wagamama many times and overall the food is nice, which is why I keep coming back. Most visits are absolutely fine. However, the service can be quite hectic at times. On one occasion I waited around 45 minutes on a Friday afternoon and my meal arrived completely cold. There have also been times when orders were mixed up or some dishes came out so late that friends at the table had already finished eating. When everything runs smoothly it’s a good experience, but the inconsistency in service can be frustrating.

Having been able to dine out and eat meals from different cultures at wagamumas the service you can not fault as the menu is continuously cooked as on the streets in Asia, did notice staff carrying prepaid bowls/dishes with a misplaced thumb inside the bowl/dishes occasionally, atmosphere give a low star as it's far to noisy to talk to your quests on long tables. We also sat by the door with a constant crowd waiting to be seated not a good design feature, to end my review there was 5 of us, and our bill came to £156, no achohol no deserts, so yes expect to pay £30-£40 a head, I don't think I

Nice fast friendly service. There is a wide choice on the menu. Food was well presented and all the dishes we ordered tasted very nice. Price is average. As this is within the leisure park there was plenty of parking. Would recommend.
