I don’t often come to Waitrose. However, yesterday evening I had wonderful customer service from a girl with brown hair stacking the shelves who I believe is called Sophie. She helped me find the items I couldn’t find, and was such a friendly, warm person to chat to. Really went above and beyond with her help!

I had a wonderful experience at wokingham Waitrose today. The shop floor was very tidy, which made choosing products clear and easy, and every staff member wore warm, welcoming expressions. I’d especially like to praise the lady at the till (she said she’s from Hong Kong) — her smile and energy truly made my day. I have popped in here a few times for their meal deal and some ad-hoc shopping and it lives up to the Waitrose reputation. The meal deals are that little bit nicer than Boots, Coop, Tesco etc and the quality of all their own brand products is always excellent.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. They didn't have enough birthday cakes for a birthday party we had the next day for our 4 year old daughter. We accepted that we had left it to late and where going to pay for what we had and leave when we got stopped and given a gift for our daughter. It made her sooo happy she even spoke about it when putting her to bed that night. Thank you so much
