If you’re tracking your macros, be sure to measure your salad when you get it. They only provided 2oz of protein at my last visit. I always suspected they shorted the protein. Will be measuring going forward.

Fresh produce. Choices for everyone. A large variety of veggies, protein and toppings and dressings. Most ingredients come from local farms, I learned today. The manager RENA was FANTASTIC! Stopped by Chopt Creative Salad Co. for a quick lunch and honestly ended up liking it way more than I expected. Usually places focused on salads can feel overpriced or bland, but the ingredients here actually tasted fresh and the portions were pretty filling. There were a lot of options to customize everything too, which was nice because you can make it healthier or more protein heavy depending on what you want. Staff moved pretty quickly even though the line was long during lunch hour, and everyone seemed friendly and patient while explaining ingredients and dressings. The place itself was c
