A Fantastic Find in Boise! Amazing Pastries, Drinks, and Staff! I recently visited Coffee With A Twist and had a wonderful experience. The inside is bright, clean, and welcoming. They have a great mix of seating, from fun pink squishy chairs and cozy retro couches to standard tables. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. For pastries, I tried two items: •Cinnamon Twist (Warmed Up): Warm, flaky, and perfectly balanced. The cinnamon flavor was delicious without being overpowering. •Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Twist: There was a slight mix-up initially and it was served cold, but the staff handled it flawlessly. The barista politely explained that they usually serve it cold because the cream cheese topping melts when heated. I preferred it warm anyway, so they happily heated it up for me. It was absolutely delicious—the warm cream cheese was amazing, and I loved it even more than the standard twist! For drinks, I sampled two very different options:

We drove all the way from Nampa to find this coffee spot and it did not disappoint! The coffee is great, the shop itself is adorable, and the baristas were so friendly and welcoming! I ordered the Christmas Cookie Latte and my husband had a drip coffee. He can be particular about coffee quality and he said their coffee was really good. We also ordered the orange almond croissant and it was DELICIOUS. We try coffee and croissants all over the valley and this is the best croissant we’ve had so far. Seriously so good. Definitely check this place out! A little off the beaten path, but so worth it.

Coffee with a Twist is an experience! Get there early because it’s all so fresh they just make enough for that day and you must try the twist. My favorite is the cinnamon but I haven’t had one I didn’t like. Drinks are so fun, I’m usually a black coffee girl but I crave their matcha. I’m like Pavlov’s dog with I pass by that sign.

When this opened, it quickly turned into my favorite coffee shop. Staff, atmosphere, pastries, and, of course, coffee are perfect. Love their seasonal menus just as much as the regular offerings! Would give more stars if I could. (Also the fun things for sale in there are made by one of the baristas and my dog looks adorable in his new bandana 💗🐶)
