BEWARE! Zero customer service, no receipt, yelled at the window, told it would take 20 minutes for my food. Pulled up to not delay line, she then yelled again to return to window. Window cashier loves to yell orders! Flustered I paid BEFORE I looked inside the bag. Fries were cold, tasted like spicy hot sauce, chicken barely sauced and burnt! The only thing edible was toast! Went back for a receipt as proof of purchase/date/time. Never ever again. The Dairy Queen on silverbell is always on point, fresh, delicious, you never get yelled at or sick from food. It's hard to rate solely because there's nothing consistent. I've been in and had nice friendly staff and good food (THE ONLY ONE IN THE AREA THAT HAS FOOD). Other times I have been in and told myself I wouldn't go back. If it's your thing, I do recommend trying their spicy strip basket. (Not sure if available when you read this review). But all and all, I will go back because the experiences have been slightly more on the positive side.

I really like the chicken sandwich. This is my first DQ with food, and I was very happy with most of the food. The service was welcoming and professional. I purchased one chicken sandwich with fries and one chili cheese dog. The chicken sandwich was amazing I was very please so the fries tasted great. The hot dog on the other hand was very bad. The chili cheese was dry yet the hotdog was ok. The prices are below average. I will recommend this restaurant and I will be returning.

Wanted a strawberry cheesecake shake they said it couldn’t be done it would “break the cup”. Other stores will make it but i understood and asked for a strawberry shake. When they gave me the shake they tossed it on the counter rudely. she didn’t even add whip cream so i asked and they said it was upon request offered to put it on I said no it’s ok and left to not bother them. The cashier and the skinny short girl at drive thru laughed as we left.
