Put in a curbside order and sat there for 30 minutes. Didn’t get my food and went inside and got ignored. Then I called the store and no one answered. Came through the drive thru and sat in the drive thru for another 30 minutes. The crew was laughing at us while making our food. The McDouble was COVERED in onions and the spicy chicken had so much mayo you couldn’t even taste the chicken. When I got my food it was cold.

Took forever to get through the line to even order, asked for extra salt for my fries, was instead given unsalted fries and no salt packets. When I called them I made sure to be as nice as possible and just told them what happened. I just wanted to inform them so that they could be more careful next time. The guy was very rude said he was busy and hung up on me. I've worked in food service for over 10 years I know that it gets busy but this was unacceptable. Bad customer service and halfassing production to save time are not ok.

If you are in the Casper area, I highly suggest this McDonald's compared to the one close to the freeway. The staff at this McDonald's are very professional, very polite and very customer service oriented. The drive -thru service was fast and efficient and all the food and beverages were fresh and there. Also, I highly recommend the pineapple and mango refresher. They made it aesthetically pleasing to the eye and it was indeed refreshing.
