So disappointed. My food was not only cold but my fries literally weren't cooked. How do you put raw fried in a container ? Also ordered the shrimp and was given mozzarella sticks.....im lactose intolerant! So disappointed....

We came to White Castle to try the Double Cheese Sliders and the Chicken Breast Slider Combo. The Double Cheese Sliders was nice and hot, but the flavor was basic, the French Fries was hot and tasteless. The Chicken Breast with cheese was plain with no flavor. Great flavoring drinks. I appreciate the staff customer service, they were welcoming, friendly, patient and helpful with our orders. This location was clean and offers plenty of parking.

Excellent food, service and overall experience. I would never put a review for a fast food restaurant. However, I believe this was warranted. Staff has always been professional and food quality has been consistent.

A cup of ice should not be a major expense. But in leu of a convo with a proclaimed mgr at drive thru window. Jane doe said, white castle charges as if you ordered a drink. Full price on a cup of ice. Im really hoping thy general public does not agree on any level of this.
