There was a line of people waiting to order. They were moving the line pretty fast. The self serve drink station was quite dirty. Some tables were dirty but I found one that would suffice. My cheeseburger tasted a little different but was edible. I used the restroom before I left. It was unheated and really dirty. I would recommend the drive thru.

service took ages and the food was missing pickles on half the food and was obviously thrown together because it was very messy. Then when we finally get the food the boxes are disgusting with pickles hanging out and the gentleman who gave me my food was wearing dirty gloves with food on them and touched me while handing me the dirty boxes. Edit: finally was able to get ahold of a manager and they apologized and corrected the problem they had bad staff the day prior. Good business to fix without a fuss!

The lady's working this morning were the nicest ladies, I've never seen anyone make burgers like they did! Amazing, fresh, delicious, soo fast! They need a raise! Best white castles we've ever had! We don't have one in northern MI( hint hint) . So getting those this morning was a blessing as we head back into our frozen tundra of the north! Good work girls! 😊

Surprisingly fast late at night. It was around midnight and the drive through was backed up about ten deep. I couldn't get the app to work so I went inside. From the time I ordered it took less than 10 minutes to get my food and it was right! They only had three people working but the service was fast and friendly. Thank you!
