Churches used to be know for the biggest chicken pieces, not they are so small. I order a three piece, wing, thigh, leg. I got a thigh and 2 legs, little ones. I think they didn't like their job or didn't like questions. All this for $11.36? Wow.

They don't greet customers when you enter the building. They don't acknowledge you at the counter. I watch them take forever to make sandwiches. Every time I order I have something missing from the order.They will bring out your food knowing its missing something cuz when you check the bag they will say I don't think such and such is in there and then go back and get it. I have gotten rotten coleslaw and last night I stood in line for 10 minutes to pick up my online order with no acknowledgment and again I had items missing and the food was warm not hot. Advertises a 9 piece wing combo with side, drink, biscuit and dipping sauce for $12.99. Ordered at drive thru. First amount she gave me was over $16.00, told her I wanted the advertised combo for $12.99. Second amount was $8.99 for wings only. Again, told her I wanted the combo with a side and drink. Overcharged me for $13.59 before tax. I told her she overcharged me and she stated that it was just tax and proceeded to shut the windows on me. Chicken was super greasy and undercooked, okra was burnt, the Jalapeno they charge .79 for was super tiny, the biscuit was missing the bottom (literally half the biscuit), the location is dirty, and the employees have zero customer service skills. Overpriced and not worth it to top it all off. Will NOT be back.
