It has been multiple times I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt. But almost every time I am disappointed. Especially going through the drive-thru. They never give you what you are asking for and some employees are rude. I asked for a venti, they give me a tall… I ask for a beverage to be iced they give it to me warm. And then clearly have an attitude when you ask them to fix it. Will be my last time at this location

Service was absolutely horrendous today(5/10/26). The barista took my order inside. After a 15 to 20 minute wait, I asked the same barista/cashier for an update. To note, people who ordered before and after, had received their orders(some also complained). She stated I’m doing drive thru orders and cannot track your order. She shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to walk off without helping. My issue is why take my order and state you’re doing something else. Have someone else do the front dine in. Overall no one was helpful. Everyone was in zombie mode without a leader/manager. My frustration

Today I stopped here for my lunch break. I was greeted by staff and management. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The Barista’s were very attentive and nice. The manager Zay took my order and she even asked how I was doing. That was a plus. I told her I was extremely tired and she joked with me about it which was great because it gave me a little boost. She made sure my drink was actually how I needed it because we both didn’t need me tired at work lol. The staff worked non stop but very smoothly. It wasn’t chaotic just well managed and organized. Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, but today was the kicker, after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the store before I got 2 drinks I ordered. They tried to shortcut their way by over making one drink and pouring it into both cups. I stopped the barista mid way through and let him know that both drinks are different. I got one drink it was still wrong, and I requested a refund. They woman with horsey hair and dark lipstick tried to make me wait longer and I told her that I don’t have another 45 minutes to give them. I got refunded fo
