When you ask for a toasted bagel and it comes out, not toasted much... It's evident to the person pulling the bagel out of the toaster and again a second employee, It's evident when they plate it, that it's not toasted. So why serve it up?... Spending money eating a chewy bagel when you ask for it Toasted is inappropriate and does not deserve customers..... If you work at Panera and you're reading this, open your eyes and make sure the bagels toasted if that's what the customer wants... We don't want chewy gummy bread.

Stopped into panera after line at Chick Fil A was a mile long. Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was helpful. Food was enjoyed by all in my party. Pastries were always good and they had free samples, which I don't think I've ever seen. Not a cheap meal.

me and my mother went here for the first time. we got two sandwiches, mac and cheese, baguette, and 2 coffees. $36 total (not counting tip.) the coffee was good but the sandwiches were bland and not sure why the bread was cut but not the fillings of the sandwich? baguette was good. mac and cheese was okay. but woah that price was not worth it haha. and atmosphere felt weird

Hot and good coffee. Breakfast sandwich was okay. My wife had an everything bagel that was good. Also shared a chocolate croissant that was tasty.
