I'm going to say this is a solid 5 all day. My BitCoin Meal was a little slow being prepared but was made exactly to the ticket customization and the Beef Tallow Tots were hot and flavorful. On top of all that the kiosk concept is forever awesome and service interaction was briefly cordial.

Always a great experience at this Steak N Shake. All of the workers are friendly, greeted us upon coming in, asked if we needed any help ordering through the kiosks, and asked how our meal was. Quick service and the food was hot and fresh. The Biscoff cookie butter milkshake is the best, highly recommended! Will always be returning to this Steak N Shake!

Terrible experience... No one to take your order and the kiosk we had to use was filthy. Get our food after they yell your name to come get it. No more bringing it to your table. I then realize the drinks wont dispense. The manager thats also cooking tells me ive gotta scan my receipt to make the drink machine work.. I tell him I threw it away already that theres nothing instructing to do this. He just shrugs his shoulders. I had him my cup and say well I need a drink somehow. He throws the cup in the garbage !! While on a road trip, we looked for a fast food place with dine-in. When we saw Steak & Shake, we drove there, hoping it would be as good as always. There was no one at the counter, no hostess to seat us, and only two occupied tables with a dozen people standing around the five ordering kiosks. Uh-oh!
