The assorted sashimi/nigiri plate had decent scallops, salmon, and white fish — clean and properly cut but nothing that really wowed in flavor. The crunchy fried roll with spicy tuna or similar filling, cheese sauce, and unagi drizzle was fun and textural, though a bit heavy and messy once cut into. Portions are solid and the fish tasted fresh enough, but the seasoning and rice were just okay. Service was straightforw

I was genuinely unaware how fresh and simple sushi could be, but the high grade of fish here really opened my eyes to what the dishes are supposed to taste like. And it was well priced too!
