I go to Steak 'n Shake as often as I can because they are not around where I live. This location did not disappoint me. The food was amazing, hot and fresh. Their fries are the perfect texture and well seasoned. The food took a while to come out but totally worth the wait. Easy to order at the kiosk. Plenty of seating. The floors are obnoxiously sticky so be prepared. I think it's to keep you stuck in there so you'll order more of their delicious food. The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

I hadn't been here a while and I thought I give it a try, because the last time I ate their was 4 years ago. The food was ehh, so so. It wasn't great, I barely had any fries with my food as well. I had also decided to get a milkshake as well, that was ehh too. The place was really empty, really no one their. However, the people working were so loud that I could hear the stuff they were saying. (I get it, you have to have fun at work sometimes, it shouldn't be that I should hear though in the dinning area), the place was also pretty dirty as well not to mention. I get food at this Steak 'n Shake regularly and it is a great location. The orders are always accurate and the staff are friendly. I really like how the food is tasty and affordable while avoiding seed oils. I like how you can get a double cheeseburger with grass fed beef and a fry for only $6. Pair that with the free large fry from a receipt survey and you have an incredible value. My only complaint is that takeout/dine-in can be slow. Perhaps they prioritize drive-thru. It could be worse. In any case, I like Steak 'n Shake overall but I find this to be a great location.

Today was the second time no one could take my drive up order with a verbal explanation that they were severely understaffed so it would be 15 20 minutes. I waited this time. I only saw one other customer. When I did pick up my order from the drive through, I very clearly saw 5 young men in there. I don't understand the severely understaffed delay. The food was still good as usual. The you g man who gave me the food and my money was courteous. Thus a mediocre rating between the ordering delay of 15 minutes due to severe understaffing info and good food and polite service when I did get it.
