Accused my son wrongfully of grabbing a soda when I paid for the drink I told her I think he just got water. She said I heard the soda get activated and gave some fake story. After I paid I checked the cup and indeed it was water only. I approached her to show her and she flipped on me and started shouting and saying all kinds of disrespectful comments about my son. my family and I went to waba grill drive thru we placed a large 80 dollar order and the chubby guy with glasses at the window said he said he didn’t have a 20 dollar change to give us and I said thank you then he slammed the window on us after he slammed the window we stayed there because we were gonna try to pay with a card and he didn’t come back even tho he knew we were there. Don’t come to this place if you don’t wanna be discriminated they’re very racist and rude. 2/23/2026 around 6:30 pm in case corporate wants to see video of it. no wonder It was lonely and nobody in the drive thru

The food is great same as the place. Is just the people who work there. We got here (Waba grill) around 7:00 pm on Sunday and suddenly the managers locks all doors at 7:25. We were wondering what to do in case of an emergency. Plus more than 6 people walked away because the doors were locked and the closed time it says 8:00 pm and is barely 7:40. People were looking at us like. Can u open the door. Which I did for one. But I don’t know everything in here is great just the management is horrible

The man that took my order was rude, he gave me the wrong sized drink and got mad because I asked him about it. My bowl of rice was only half of what I get at other locations.
