The employees at this location are extremely rude. Service is the slowest of any other food chain in the area. I'll never visit another white castle as long as I live. Food isn't really all that good anyways. If there are more then 3 cars in the drive thru plan on being there for at least 45 minutes then once you get to the speaker you get to be blessed by rude employees who talk to you like your a burden to them. I pulled away after that experience and went to another place where customers are treated with respect and appreciated.

This restaurant is a standard White Castle. Food is good and the restaurant has a certain atmosphere to it. I heavily recommend getting the 1921 sliders if you like vegetables, or getting the waffles sliders if you like breakfast food. My only two grievances is the order took longer than expected (like 15-20 minutes) but that could've been because my order was longer. The second grievance being the area around the White Castle is a bit sketchy with many boarded up buildings, but this restaurant still feels safe.

Today was the first time I've been in there since before covid. The employee who waited on me seemed to be bored when he took my order. The floor from the counter to past the soda machine was sticky and needed mopped. There were probably around a dozen employees on the back line and they were not that busy. The manager should have had one of them clean the dining room, at least mop the floor. My fish sandwiches were hot and good.

Service is terrible even when they are slow. This is a management issue. Proper training, employee retention all fall on the shoulders of management. This place is another example of poor management in the West End.
