I arrived at steak and shake and immediately someone jumped the counter and said NO! old people can't use the kiosk and told me she was going to kick me in my baby maker...after coworkers subdued her I was able to order and the food was incredible. I was a little angry it was so hot and fresh and I wasn't told. I wasn't expecting hot food just barely warm food that was under the warmer all day. I ate it...lucky for them it was good. I was surprised and saddened the bathroom was clean and there were no dirty needles on floor or junkies passed out in the bathroom like a 70s gas station. I will r

It’s a good place to eat. Quality food and always fresh. The steak burgers are very good and big. The onion rings are crispy and delicious. So are the fries. Just a short wait to get my food. Not the cheapest place to eat but the quality is worth it.

I stopped here last week on the 4th of July with my daughter. We were passing through Findlay and wanted something a little different than fast food. It turned to be a good choice. The food was much better than fast food and at a comparable price. Hamburgers and shakes were a great way to celebrate an American holiday.

They did away with waitresses. You now have to order at a computer, which is not the best. If you order a fountain drink have to scan a qr code & if its fizzy and you have to wait for it to go down, get ready to scan that code again to top it off. :( no staff interaction at all. Soap dispenser in restroom did not work if you wanted to wash your hands. Best I could say is tables were clean (probably because no one was there) and kids enjoyed their shakes. Will not be returning.
