Stopped by Ranch & Roost in Gillette while on a road trip, and it was such a refreshing change from the typical fast food options you usually end up with. This might be the best burger I’ve ever had. The food is cooked to order with fresh ingredients, and everything tasted amazing. The tater tots are huge and delicious, and the garlic fries were hot, fresh, and flavorful. The staff were friendly and kind. I would definitely eat here again!

$60+ Wasted 4 burgers, 1 small parm fries and 1 soda. Unfortunately the burgers where not good very dry and no flavor. At least add salt and pepper. Parmasan fries were ok. I wouldn't recommend

R&Roost is still too much a Gillette “best kept secret” -a great find with excellent smash burgers and nice dark fries. The chicken sandwich was good too but I was expecting a darker, crunchier breading/coating and it was more thin and light. The buns are super fresh! There is no place to dine inside but plenty of space outside wind and weather permitting. The place next door welcomes R&R customers and is an extension of with even a logo on the door, which we really appreciated at noon with a party of 7 on a very windy day.
