Dylan Osick★★★★★We went for Easter Brunch and the food did not disappoint. Really cool inside and it’s a non profit and they own the buildings and two business around it. Overall it was a great experience and the food was really delicious, far exceeded my expectations! They charge 19% on top of the bill so they can give their hourly employees a livable wage, health benefits, and financial assistance. I’m happy to support businesses with those ethics!

I got the arepas which were awesome, kind of like a fancy McGriddle and it came with their chips which were also great. The cinnamon roll was excellent as well. Highly recommend.

So naturally, we pulled up to check it out! (Disclaimer: Chef told me that he was so new there that his featured items hadn't hit the menu at that time. ALSO, he's been long gone from there at the time of this review.) So anyway, here's how things went! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right in Hartford, just a little on the outskirts is this gem. It's on Broad street a little out the way and there is a very small parking lot next to the
Informed Consumer★★★Disorganized staff did not tell the kitchen my order-- yes, they are trained here in their culinary program. I sat there for 20 min watching other people serve their food. Had I not intervened and flag down my spaced-out waiter, I would have been waiting longer. Food was OK. I was happy to get out of there. This is a non-profit raising money to pay their salaries. If curious, Google how much their CEO makes a year.
