I was willing to overlook the unenthusiastic attitude of the gentleman working the window, while he didn’t exactly do anything wrong just didn’t do it right. You’re working the window, doughnuts bring joy to people don’t suck that joy out, just made us seem like we were a terrible inconvenience for him. The biggest reason for my review was the sausage casing left in my sausage and jalapeño Kolash. Thought I’d try something new, It was good except for that chewy little experience.

We stopped here on our way to the Hattiesburg zoo as we have never had Shipley's before. It was about 10 in the morning and they were already out of most of their kolaches. We settled for the last two sausage and cheese kolaches which were decently sized and weren't bad. The sign said their glazed were served warmed until 11am however this is not the case so we settled on a pink sprinkle and chocolate. I usually enjoy this location because the food is good, but the drive-thru customer service continues to be a major issue. The gentleman with the locs and glasses consistently has an extremely rude attitude, and today’s interaction was beyond unnecessary. He opened the window and stared at me with a very dismissive expression—no greeting, no acknowledgment, no professionalism at all. When I placed my order, his tone was immediately aggressive and he loudly told me to “speak up,” despite the fact that I was speaking clearly. I used to come here 40 years ago. It's as good if not better than I remember. Great selection and when the donuts are still a little warm...Just heavenly.
