Jaxen McPhail★★Already had low standards but damn. Crazy bread not cooked at all once? not a big deal, things happen. The second time it happened? Okay kinda weird. But the third time?!?! I should’ve known better. Pizza was mid but I paid $5.99 for it Wings were pretty good for $5
Lucious★The food is fine when you can get it. Takes too long to get my meal. You pay and pull around and wait 10 to 12 minutes. Every time I come to this particular store.. Ridiculous.
Scarlett Raven★The service here is hit or miss and this visit was a HUGE miss. The one of two employees had dirty clothes and house slippers with no socks. Seems like a health hazard to me. Even though they had a ton of people waiting,they decided they were going to move as slow as possible and pretty much ignoring everyone who was trying to ask about their food.. A woman walked in(in a dress and heels) and went behind the counter to talk to the employee,who then stopped working to have a conversation.
Melissa White★Was placed on "hold" for 20 minutes listening to everything thats going on in the store. Was trying to place an order for a pizza party, but nope. Customer service doesn't answer their phone either. And the quote only way to speak to a manager is if the call center that takes your order when the store doesn't answer transfers you back to the store that won't answer their phone. I know how important Google reviews are to companies as I work in customer service as well. I would still like to speak to a manager... Actually I want to speak to the regional manager ASAP I still have a picture of the
