Only Krystal's keeps their fryer so clean that, as someone who's worked fast food, I thought to myself these are better than when I made them myself. The staff is always lovely and the food is always hot and never sitting in a warmer waiting to be served. I've been stopping in once a week or more for 3 weeks they have consistency, speed, and work ethic. If you are peckish near university and memorial stop by and show some love to my favorite fast food place.

Mother’s Day wasn’t supposed to be extravagant for me. I wasn’t asking for flowers, fancy dinners, or anything expensive. Pooorrrrr customer service, wasn’t greeted entering the facility. Workers had an attitude when asked was lobby open.! Please find a better job if you don’t want to work.! I've always loved Krystal and one of the few with natural ingredients (mostly). I usually get breakfast once per week and it is always cooked just right. Most Krystal locations burn the sausage. Most importantly, the lady that works the drive thru is such a joy. Truly one of Our Father's shining lights. Makes my day every time I talk to her. Give that woman a BIG raise. She keeps your customers coming back and spreads joy and peace.
