This was my first experience at Steak 'n Shake when I was in Indy for a conference last summer. Overall I really enjoyed it! I love the concept of burgers and shakes. The old school decor is awesome too! I prefer the interior design over a modern fast food restaurant design. I enjoyed my meal here. One small thing is I think the fries could be a little bit crispier. However, the beef tallow made the fries more tasty which I wish other restaurants would utilize. Other than that, I would happily eat at a Steak 'n Shake restaurant again!

You have to self order on the machine. Was fairly easy to use. Food came out quickly, correct, hot and fresh. Shake came out looking like the photo. Staff friendly. Loosing stars for this star not participating in Happy Hour Drink prices and No value meal options like other Stake n Shakes.

This is a nice casual more or less fast food place. Burger was about average for this type of place. It was unevenly seasoned, but not bad. Fries were very good fried in beef tallow. I had never been to one so I had to try it. It's doubtful I will ever try it again if there are options, but I won't avoid it.

A bunch of us stopped in and decided to order milkshakes. Yes you have to wait a little bit longer but it’s a milkshake overall it was good. I didn’t think the weight was terribly long. It was less than 10 minutes.
