WOW, just wow Brittany & Chandra are the best! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate Valentine's day/our 4yr anniversary and we loved every second of it. We had one of the best dining experiences, ever. As someone who eats at all types of restaurants for every occasion I can say I have never felt more welcomed or valued as a customer. I walked in and they immediately acknowledged our anniversary that I added to the open table reservation. ❤️ We have paid $300+ for birthday dinners where our servers/hosts never even acknowledged the occasion we were celebrating. Wishing I had of went to the pub instead but I had to make sure I caught my bus that was leaving in 30mins. I was approached by a guy named Kalib who slid a receipt that was on a pile they were keeping on the counter, and said do this survey and you can get two sliders free. I had placed my order for 6 sliders already and, me wanting to help my fellow people out I did the survey for him. Now mind you I wanted 2 impossible, 2 chicken deluxe and a fish slider. This White Castle was extremely dirty and overcrowded. The floors, tables, and counters were a mess, and staff didn’t make any effort to clean or keep the area maintained. It felt chaotic and unsanitary the entire time. Definitely needs better cleanliness and management.
