This was my first time to a Steak and Shake since the kiosk ordering system was put in place so that was alittle odd! But our food came out so fast and it was delicious! The staff was helpful! My husband even said he would prefer their burgers over In and Out!

Haven’t been to Steak n Shake in years, thought they were going downhill. Stopped in today just out of curiosity, and was pleasantly surprised. No more expensive than McDonalds and a thousand times better! Two double steak burgers with medium fries and a large drink, less than $20! Will definitely be back!

Warning on using the mobile app to place orders here. Mobile app errored and said the order failed. Decided to get food somewhere else. Charge went through. This store's phone does not work, tried multiple times to call. Forced to drive to the store because, manager on duty confirmed their phone does not work, also claimed she was unable to do refunds and that I have to come back later when someone higher than her is there. I will think twice about doing business with Steak and Shake if they can't get their apps to work correctly and stores claim they can't do refunds

Have not been in a S&S in a while. Like the new set up for ordering. Food came out quick. Love the garlic burger. Did not disappoint. Friendly staff. I would go back.
