Great service by Jonathon in the delivery department! I've used their "delivery" option to deliver a bouquet of balloons to friends that are ill. A nice idea, but I've done it with 2 different Safeway stores now and it's always a hassle and requires follow-up from me which I don't like. Jonathon got involved in my order and made it happen. He mentioned the delivery option with the floral department (where the balloons are) is "messed up". They need to fix that because it offers a nice alternative. Thanks Jonathon!
