Frinee Garza★★★★★I tried Spinalis Dorsi for the first time, which led me to do extensive research on different cuts and qualities of meat. Also known as the Ribeye cap or “butchers butter”, It was quite literally the best piece of meat I have ever consumed in my entire life. I had never heard of it before I tried it, but if you never have, I HIGHLY reccomend that dish. Even the squid ink noodles it was paired with were top tier. My portion looks small but only because I split the dish with another person, next time im getting my own😂 5 stars.

For entrees we had lamb chops (not as tender as I was expecting but the mole and mushrooms were delicious), duck (kinda rubbery but the kale and carrots were nicely seasoned), and campo bread (warm and lovely). Paired with the Razcal and the Carrot drink. We finished it off with baked alaska. This was not a favorite because there was too much going on.

Rene Loredo★★★★First time here, walked in asked for a table got this look as if it was to much trouble for no reservation. Got seated quickly as we got there when they opened. Once at table service was amazing friendly and informative on the menu. Drinks had Old Fashion and Margarita both were good. Food steak cooked the way it was ordered medium but a bit dry 8/10. Sides Mac and cheese and Asparagus delicious. Atmosphere was nice for a dinner but lighting was dim. Would go back to try other items on menu.
