Decided to go to Bubbas after experiencing poor customer service at another restaurant in the area. Anyhow, I was promptly greeted upon entering the establishment and the hostess was very courteous and warm. My server happened to be a recent HS grad and he was also courteous and warm. The food was 🔥 delicious .... zero complaints here! Manager was walking around ensuring guests were pleased. (I love to see the managers on the floor in restaurants, tells much about their practices and regard of customer service). Awesome experience all around and I will be back!

These restaurants never disappoint. To start off it was crazy getting into with all thevroad construction. Place was packed so I figured itd be good, and it was. The waiter seemed kinda new, but I always try to truck then up. He did forget one thing I requested, but was an easy fix. The place was super clean, management seemed to have a grip on the service and operations. Food was good, hot and close to how I ordered. He kept our drinks filled, he knew the menu pretty good. We tried this place for lunch and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. The hostess sat us and our server Coach came and got our drink orders. Upon return he took our food order. My partner order Bacon Guacamole Burger and I had the Sunshine Burger both were delicious, the fries and onion rings were very tasty. We found the restaurant clean as were the restrooms. We found the service outstanding and everyone very helpful and friendly. We will be returning again and again.

Wow! Visited the Tyler location two weeks ago and was blown away! We were driving down 635 and saw the Bubbas from the road and did some crazy GTA style driving in reverse wrong way on the service road cause if we miss the entrance it would have taken an hour to get back to the parking lot! Reverse James Rockford turn in the Suburban , we made it ! Y'all do whatever you have to do to get to Bubbas and get a burger STOP playing with those minor league B team burger places !
